Crystal Therapy

Crystal therapy is the placing of crystals on and around the body of a person who wishes to avail of the use of crystals as a therapy treatment. 

This treatment would use crystals that would specifically help whatever issue a client would approach a me for. 

As crystals vibrate at the same frequency as we do they allow our vibration to raise in an area of our life/energy center where we may have allowed either consciously or unconsciously to let our vibration lower or drop.  

For the same reasons that we take care of our physical body to support our health, our energetic hygiene is also an important part of our health and wellbeing. When we maintain a balanced and free flowing energy, this results in much better health in the physical, mental and emotional areas of our lives.

The objective of this treatment is the re-alignment of your own energetic frequencies/vibrations and / or the removal of unwanted energies and emotional blocks.

Some clients prefer the placement of the crystals to be in contact with the body on top of the appropriate chakra/energy centre making it a mostly non-contact therapy. 
Most clients prefer to allow me as the therapist to follow my guidance given and to gently bring the crystals into the client’s energy fields allowing the client to experience complete relaxation and all the benefits of this practice

What to expect before and during a Crystal Therapy Treatment

Upon arrival for your treatment you will be asked to fill out a client consultation form regarding the state of your health as well as your concerns to be sure that the crystals used will be complementary to any treatment you are already receiving and not ever clash with it. 
You will then be asked to remove your jacket/coat if you’re wearing one and your shoes.

It is then your choice as to whether you stay above the blanket of the massage bed or go inside the blanket this is always your choice but do be aware that the temperature of the room may fluctuate due to the energy of the crystals, so you may at some point feel cool.

I will then ask you to take at least three deep breaths to help you to relax and enjoy the treatment, then I will check your energy centres (chakras) most likely with a pendulum or by placing my hand in your energy. 

Then I will walk around you cutting away any etheric chords that bind you to any negative energies or situations or sometimes even people.
Crystals will then be placed both on you and around you according to your energy needs to serve your highest good. 

(Sometimes I will also now call on the energies of the Angels my guides or Reiki energies to guide them for your highest good )

It is very common for me to add in Angelic Healing energies to the treatment as layering up of different energies can really benefit the client and therefore really enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.

This however doesn’t mean that the treatment has to be at any point hands on, in fact I will only ever allow the crystals to touch the clients body and only then after I've explained to the client what to expect during a treatment .

During the treatment remember to tell me if you feel at any time the energies are becoming too strong for you, (I will have told you to raise a hand if you feel so relaxed you cannot speak), then I will simply adjust the amount of crystals used, or the placement of crystal used to suit your individual needs.
This treatment should always be really lovely and soothing, deeply relaxing as well as comforting. 

The reason is that you would be asked to remove any crystals you are wearing is because what you wear may interfere with the energies of the crystals being used on your treatment but any crystals you come wearing will always be placed where you can easily see them.

When the treatment is over after you will be given a nice drink of water  when you can then replace your crystals back on you unless I advise to delay placing them on you for a just a little while..

Crystal healing can help us to allow healing to take place with all kinds of issues such as pain and chronic illnesses, emotional and spiritual challenges, as well as helping us to release any build up of toxic energy, it can also help us enhance our mental clarity and of course our ability to focus. Crystal healing can really help with supporting our self-awareness.

Many energetic blockages are stored in our chakra centres, our chakra centres work to regulate the function and health of all our major organs and systems in our bodies. 

Using crystals to target your main areas of interest or concern such as pain, stress, confusion, unbalanced body systems, etc. This can also include working on your physical as well as your emotional and mental energy

The crystals chosen for you during the treatment will work with your energy to help it to vibrate at the same energy vibration of all your energy systems working at their peak performance how awesome is that.

At the end of the treatment, I will often comment on my findings throughout the session as well as asking you about how you felt during the treatment  sensation as well as comfort wise.

I will let you know which areas presented to me held blockages or even released trapped energy and of course if more treatments will be required to get you back to your best vibration for you. 

I will also be able to advise you on how you can help yourself with the use of crystals to move forward in your life in a much more empowered way for you.

You can now ask any questions that might’ve come up during the session that have not as yet been answered for you. Such as receiving symbolic messages from your guides or feeling the presence of your loved ones in spirit during your crystal healing treatment
Crystal Therapy here at Soulful Beauty is carried out by a professional Crystal therapist and always takes place in a clean, hygenic as well as energy cleansed and protected sacred space. 
This just really means that only those energies that are there for your highest good will be allowed to be present.
